Additional Information
When using a layer in the Table widget with 'Use layer settings' selected, the Table widget first checks if the layer is from a web map or web scene. If it does, the field order defined in the map's pop-up settings is honored. If the layer is added directly to the Table widget, the layer field order is honored. In cases where the layer comes from a web map and the field order is specified in the pop-up settings, this behavior is expected.Workaround
Set the 'Configure fields' setting to Customize.
