Additional Information

Duplicate of BUG-000110662: Geoprocessing service instances crash after installing windows patches on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7.

Workaround

  1. Leave the Enterprise Configuration Wizard open at the failure point.
  2. Install ArcGIS Server Geoprocessing Service Startup Patch.
  3. Click the back arrow in the wizard and rerun the process.
