ArcGIS Engine Java 10.0 Eclipse issues with ESRI config editor corrupting umlauts.When making changes in the default XML Editor to fix them and then resaving it in the ESRI config editor, the edits are re-corrupted. Changing the workspace encoding to UTF-8 does not work.
