Bug
ArcGIS Engine 9.3.1 IDocumentVersion setting the version does not seem to be accepted by 9.2 machines. The following error is given when accessing the changed version layer file through ArcCatalog: "Error thrown: failed to edit the selected object Your selection cannot be displayed in the current view".
