ArcGIS Earth will not connect to Portal for ArcGIS when Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) is enabled on the web adaptor via Internet Information Services (IIS).

Additional Information

User error.

Workaround

Disable Integrated Windows Authentication within IIS ( Go to Web Adaptor name -> "authentication" and change it to "Anonymous - Enabled" and then "Windows Authentication - Disabled").
