Bug
ArcGIS Desktop 10.4 displays errors during installation and displays the following error “C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR120.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains and error...” if ArcGIS Earth 1.0 is installed first, causing ArcMap 10.4 to not open.
