The memory leak described in this defect has been resolved with the ArcGIS Data Store 10.8.1 Memory Leak Patch available for download from https://support.esri.com/en/download/7946.Workaround
- Restart Windows Services to kill all of the pg_isready.exe orphaned processes and free up RAM.
- Download RAMMap, and schedule the execution of the command to clear out Standby RAM: RAMMap.exe /Et.
