ArcGIS Dashboards iFrames are missing the 'allow-downloads' property. When the content (including ArcGIS Experience Builder apps) is embedded in a dashboard, the export functions fail.

For security reasons this is as designed.

Workaround

  • Open ArcGIS Experience Builder directly from its URL in a new tab.
  • Alternatively, consider the Download data option available within the dashboard elements.
