The behavior stems from the map. It is the relationship symbology in the map, so some features do not display in the map if the values in the field 'Num-deaths' are missing. This is expected behavior of the relationship symbology. Ensure the fields (used to configure the relationship symbology) do not have null value, or use single symbol as a workaround.
