The issue is not being addressed in ArcGIS Collector and is not reproducible in the current release of ArcGIS Field Maps. Migrate to use ArcGIS Field Maps.Workaround
- Take the map offline.
- Decrease the number of layers on the map.
- Use a simple basemap (for example, Gray Canvas).
