ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App still honors the 'Current map extent' setting when exporting data to an Excel file, even if 'Study Area' is selected on the Legend tab for a color-coded map.

This workflow is working as designed, and the records included in the Excel output are expected to reflect the current view of the Data tab when exporting.Workaround
Do not change the map extent or the zoom level after selecting the study area and ignore the warning about the block groups not showing up at that zoom level.
