The decision was made to exclude these from the 2022 U.S. Data and subsequent data releases due to ArcGIS 10.x nearing the mature support status.Workaround
Open the ArcGIS Business Analyst data by manually navigating to C:/ArcGIS/Business Analyst/US_2022/Data and open the available Map Exchange Document (MXD) file.
