ArcGIS AppStudio is unable to authenticate with Portal for ArcGIS installations that are configured for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Integrated Windows Authorization (IWA) or an Active Directory (AD) PKI authentication.

Additional Information

In ArcGIS AppStudio 5.5, IWA works in Windows and MacOS, but PKI is not supported. The issue is not to be fixed because of the AppStudio retirement plan. Refer to, https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/appstudio/announcements/arcgis-appstudio-retirement-roadmap-and-beyond/.
