Workaround
Replace the value for the offset_unit key with the associated numerical value from the esriSRUnitType Constants documentation. Refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/enterprise-sdk/api-reference/net/esriSRUnitType/ and https://developers.arcgis.com/enterprise-sdk/api-reference/net/esriSRUnit2Type/.
