ArcGIS API for JavaScript event for 'mouse-drag' does not show up in Internet Explorer (IE) 10.0.9200.16660 and IE11. However, they work fine in Chrome, Firefox, IE9, IE 10.0.9200.16540, and IE 10.0.9200.16580.
