Workaround

1. Ask firewall/proxy administrator to allow the particular URL through without authentication [not available for highly secure networks]2. The following work around will help to address this issue:Set an environment variable as follows:variable: http_proxyvalue: <proxy hostname>:<port> ie: http_proxy=localhost:8888
