Additional Information
ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed. There are no plans for future releases of ArcGIS Desktop, and it is recommended that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro. Using the Oracle 19 instant client, ArcMap does not crash and is able to add an OLE DB connection using the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle.
