Arcade expressions that reference a globally unique identifier (GUID) field do not work in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app.

Workaround

1. Create a String Field in the layer, then use a SQL query to calculate the GUID field.
2. Once the value has been calculated, set the feature type in the arcade expression to String field and run the expression.
3. The value is displayed via a pop-up in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile application.
