This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If this issue occurs, please reach out to Esri Support Services, as additional information is needed for further investigation.Workaround
Add a new field to the feature class that the numeric value has been calculated from the numeric part of the ID field (split by ‘-‘ using the third instance).
