Applying the Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 Log4j patch and Quick Capture security patch empties and deletes contents of the Workflow folder configured to enable the ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) JavaScript Viewer to use the Portal for ArcGIS authentication.

Workaround
