Applying an map document template (MXT) that uses 'use printer paper' changes the map page to the default printer paper default media size, not to that in the MXT, even if the client machine has the same printer installed as saved in the MXT.

Description
Double-clicking on an ArcMap template or MXT causes the stored printer paper settings to reset to the default printer.Cause
This is a known issue.Workaround
- Start ArcMap.
- Open the template.
