Additional Information

Follow the below to store invalid data in ArcGIS Pro 2.5: 1. In the Create Features pane, highlight the feature template. 2. Click the arrow to advance to Active Template pane. 3. Enter the attributes in the Active Template pane. 4. Draw a new feature on the map to create the feature. Note: This is the steps as in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1, applied in a different order.

Workaround

Allow the field to be null or set a default domain value for the field.

However, the workaround may return additional sources of errors or incorrect data in datasets.
