Additional Information
Follow the below to store invalid data in ArcGIS Pro 2.5:
1. In the Create Features pane, highlight the feature template.
2. Click the arrow to advance to Active Template pane.
3. Enter the attributes in the Active Template pane.
4. Draw a new feature on the map to create the feature.
Note: This is the steps as in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1, applied in a different order.
Workaround
Allow the field to be null or set a default domain value for the field.
However, the workaround may return additional sources of errors or incorrect data in datasets.
