Applications in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) require named users even if the web map and all services are shared to everyone when ArcGIS Web AppBuilder is configured to Portal for ArcGIS that uses Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) with automatic account creating disabled.
