Appending items to a feature collection using UniqueValueRenderer with ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Qt gets slower when more values are added.

Workaround
Use DictionaryRenderer for a better workflow. It scales to the number of unique combinations of attributes better than a very large UniqueValueRenderer. With 100.11, scaleExpression is added to DictionaryRenderer so the size can be trivially changed.
