Additional Information
ArcGIS Data Pipelines leverages feature service APIs to create and update feature services. In some cases, feature services are unresponsive or experience intermittent service issues, which results in failures when creating or updating the service via ArcGIS Data Pipelines. ArcGIS Data Pipelines adds internal logging infrastructure to better capture when these failures occur, and plans exist to further enhance the software to mitigate these failures.Workaround
Ensure the feature service is responsive and can be queried, and try running the data pipeline again.
