Additional Information
This issue has been resolved through a resolution of BUG-000166924. The root cause of the issue in most cases is that a public item was not properly indexed by the Hub's search index. For instances, where users are still experiencing the issue, it is recommended to follow the workaround for an immediate and long lasting resolution.Workaround
The Hub site author/Core team member with the necessary privileges has the ability to unshare the ArcGIS Online item created for this service (that is shared with the Hub site Content group that the current ArcGIS Hub dataset item is referencing) from the Hub site Content group, and reshare it again with this Hub site Content group.
