Anonymous users of a web application see all edits on a hosted feature service made by other anonymous users even when Editor tracking is enabled, and users may only see edits they have made.

Additional Information
The identity of anonymous editors is not tracked. Therefore all anonymous users appear as the same in editor tracking and it is not possible to limit one anonymous user from seeing edits by other anonymous users.Workaround
Be a member in the ArcGIS Online Organization and edits are hidden from the public as well as other users in the organization (besides the owner of the feature service).Steps to Reproduce
