Anonymous use enabled mobile map packages (MMPK) cannot be seen after logging in to ArcGIS Explorer if the MMPK is published from ArcGIS Pro 2.6.

Workaround

Share the map as a mobile map package (MMPK) from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online (anonymous use enabled, and share to everyone)
