This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Hub. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround

- Works in a web browser on a computer.
- Able to type on Android devices when the survey is added a different way.

- Access the survey through the direct link retrieved from ArcGIS Survery123 and not through the ArcGIS Hub site.
