Workaround
• Download <a href="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/esriamirepository/1041/items.zip" target="_blank">https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/esriamirepository/1041/items.zip</a> (~470MB) to your windows instance. Unzip it. • Overlay the entire unzipped “items” folder to the Portal items folder. o If users haven’t created Portal yet, the location is <a href="file:C:/arcgisportal/content" target="_blank">C:\arcgisportal\content</a>o If users have already created Portal, e.g. the instance is created from Esri Cloud Formation template, you can check the path in portaladmin by clicking System > Directories > contentNote: It’s recommended to do a merge when prompted.• After overlaying is complete, run a full reindex of the Portal.
