An inserted object in a map template (.mxt file) from ArcGIS for Desktop 9.3.1 does not appear if the .mxt file is launched in ArcGIS for Desktop 10.0. Also, inserting a Corel file (.cdr) via 'Insert > Object > from file' does not display in a ArcGIS for Desktop 10.0 map document (.mxd file).
