Additional Information
When configuring the text of the ArcGIS Enterprise portal's information banner, if using an ampersand '&', it will display correctly in the portal's information banner. When ArcGIS Mission is launched, the ampersand displays in the information bar as '[text] & [text]'. This error will be addressed in ArcGIS Mission 11.5.Workaround
There is no workaround currently. Avoid using the ampersand special character in the information banner.
