An incorrect output is generated when exporting a mosaic dataset to PDF with the symbology set to the Stretched renderer and statistics calculated from the current display extent.

1. In the Statistics drop-down list, use the 'From Current Display Extent' option to set the statistics. 2. Select the 'From Custom Settings' option from the Statistics drop-down list. This option still uses the statistics from the current display extent even after changing to 'From Custom Settings'.3. Export the map as a PDF.Steps to Reproduce
