The behavior will not be addressed in the current ArcGIS Server Manager app. A next-generation Server Manager app is being developed. The team will evaluate whether to address this issue in the new app. If resolving this issue is critical to existing workflows, contact your Technical Account Manager or reach out to Esri Support Services to log feedback for the new application.
