Additional Information
This is by designed. The .eslf file is a self-contained license file and is used to authorize ArcGIS Pro licenses without having to make any communication request to an authorizing server. The primary purpose is to authorize machines, which are completely off the internet and have no option to communicate with any other system, for example, a machine in a black environment for example. Because the license is self-contained, there is no need to use the standard authorization method. This is why the option was not available when authorizing with an .eslf file.
Workaround
Cancel the license file through My Esri.
