An error occurs when trying to edit an ArcGIS Survey123 form through the web app if the survey includes a pulldata function from an external CSV file and the primary field value of the file contains an apostrophe.

Workaround

In the CSV file, replace the apostrophes with '’'. This is the ASCII or HTML entity encoding of the character.
