An error occurs in ArcGIS Enterprise when creating an Organization report: "The report 'OrganizationMembers_MM/DD/YY' already exists. Please choose another name".

Workaround
As a workaround for this issue, when the following error message is returned: "OrganizationMembers_9/16/2025 already exists" while trying to create an Item report type, switch to the Member type and then back to the Item type. This prevents the error message from returning.
