Additional Information

This issue is caused by invalid data. The exception is returned in ArcGIS Runtime 100.8 and later due to stricter requirements on domains. Prior to ArcGIS Runtime 100.8, the API is ignoring the invalid domain type. The field FI_CIRCUIT_ORDER is defined as of type String, but it has a range domain which only applies to numeric types.
