An error message "Something went wrong." is returned in Insights for ArcGIS when styling features by Heat Map or Bins if the ArcGIS Enterprise machine locale and region is set to Lithuania or French and Portuguese.

Workaround

Use data that is not residing on the same server machine so that the Heat Map or Bins call does not go through GenerateBins method.
