Additional Information

The closest features in the reference data where the locator is based off of are far away for the reverse geocode to find a match. For a POI reverse geocode match, the distance is 25 meters for a POI centroid, and the user's coordinates are 118 meters away from any feature. The user can pass in featureTypes=POI and it is forced to 500 meters. Refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/geocode/api-reference/geocoding-reverse-geocode.htm for more information.

Workaround

  • Use the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service.
  • Publish a geocoding service based on the StreetMap Premium locators.
