Bug
An error message, "Elevation layer tiling scheme needs to match scene tiling scheme", is returned when attempting to overlay in a local scene in Portal for ArcGIS Scene Viewer for layers with matching custom scales.

This issue is not reproducible as described at the time. If the issue still persists, log a new support ticket to re-launch the investigation.Workaround
A workaround with HTML JavaScript still renders the same error; refer to the attached .html file for this bug. There is no known workaround.
