This issue is not reproducible with the steps provided on the latest version of ArcGIS StoryMaps. Re-open if there are other specific steps that can be followed to observe this issue.Workaround
Copy the embedded iframe code and use it in the Story Map Briefing:
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner > select Embed this Story > Copy the Embed Code.
- Return to the Briefing Story Map and paste this copied Embed Code into the Embed section > Select Add.
- The public Story Map is added with no errors.
