An error is returned when enabling the Export option for a feature service in an ArcGIS Hub site when the service is referenced from ArcGIS Enterprise to ArcGIS Online.

Additional Information
The 10.91 example worked as expected. The 11.3 was not shared correctly and thus not effected.Workaround
- Publish the data directly to ArcGIS Online as a hosted feature layer and enable export for the data.
- Create an ArcGIS Hub site in Portal for ArcGIS and add the data directly to the content library.
