Refer to the following documentation: - ArcGIS for Server cached map services: - ArcGIS Online: - Perform the steps in the article above in ArcPad on a desktop PC and move the locally generated cache to the mobile device. Finally, disable the option for 'Default to Automatic Refresh' in Options > Server tab in ArcPad. This prevents additional tiles from being requested during panning/zooming while in a disconnected environment.
