An audio question type in ArcGIS Survey123 disables web form access and returns the error message, "The survey does not exist or is not accessible" when trying to use the ArcGIS Survey123 website for the survey.

Workaround

  • Remove the audio question type (in surveys that have multiple questions).
  • Open and submit the surveys in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app is still fully functional.
