Additional Information

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1. There are no near-term plans to address this issue.

Workaround

  • Uninstall ArcGIS Pro 2.8, and downgrade to ArcGIS Pro 2.7.x.
  • Keep ArcGIS Pro 2.8, and upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.
