Additional Information
This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps as long as the fields configured with a contingent value are added to the web map's smart form and saved. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services, as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Remove the quotation mark (") from the domain.
