Add a new field in the feature class with double data type and populate the information of angle from the existing field to this newly created field.Open the Properties of the feature class and click the Symbology tab > Representation > Display Field Overrides.Click the Angle dropdown and click the field which was created earlier in the feature class with the angle values.Click Apply and OK.Steps to Reproduce
