An ArcGIS Notebook Server authorization overwrites the ArcGIS Server entry in the keycodes file when both entries exist in the same .pvrc, and is authorized in Server Authorization Wizard

Workaround
Remove the ArcGIS Notebook Server entry from the .pvrc file, and remove the keycodes files from C:\Program Files\Esri\Version10.x\sysgen\ and C:\Program Files(x86)\Esri\Version10.x\sysgen. Re-run the authorization process.
