Additional Information
ArcGIS Hub sites do not support domain modifications by changing the organization's short name. Cloning the site after the short name change is the best course of action.Workaround
Clone the ArcGIS Hub initiative after changing the short name in ArcGIS Online. A new site will be created with the new URL.
